Standard turnaround time for repairs is 2-3 weeks from our receipt of your shipment .
If your ESP’s need repair, please follow the below instructions:
- Complete the order form below.
- Click “Complete Order”, which will email you a copy of your completed order form.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation & further instructions by email.
- The Order Form will be an attachment to the email. Open the attachment and Print.
Out of Warranty – Standard Flat Rate Repair Pricing
Ownership less than 1 year: Under Warranty
Ownership 1-5 years: $150 per ear
Ownership 6-9 years: $300 per ear or *$40 assessment fee per ear
* The $40 assessment fee can be applied to the repair or purchase of a new set at our returning customer loyalty discount. We will notify you of your options after the assessment.

Note: Repair pricing covers normal wear and tear to the electronics only. You will be notified if damage is found to be beyond normal wear and tear.
*Return shipping is $15 via FedE 2 Day Air unless otherwise specified
**All repairs come with a new warranty of varying length depending on length of ownership
